Work to transform Aberdeen's historic Triple Kirks into an office development could begin by the end of the year. Built in the 1800s after being designed by architect Archibald Simpson, the redbrick tower and spire has been lying derelict since the 1970s. Property developer Dandara has bought the site from Stewart Milne Group and intends to begin a £20m seven-storey development around the building's spire.
