easyJet launches Aberdeen to Geneva service
easyJet, Scotland’s largest airline, has launched services from Aberdeen to Geneva. It is easyJet’s third route from Aberdeen alongside London Gatwick and London Luton.
The new route, which departed on Saturday 13th December, provides the only direct scheduled service from Aberdeen and will operate once per week on Saturdays throughout the winter.
The route is expected to be popular with Scottish skiers looking for easy and affordable access to some of the world’s best ski slopes.
easyJet will operate the flights using a 156 seater Airbus A319 and expects the new route to attract around 3,500 passengers to and from Geneva this winter. Fares start from £40.99 one way.
